Hose connections are the the only thing i didn't like about my hope breaks, the banjo doesn't do any good on the caliper and the hose coming out of the lever always has a significant bend like that because of the straight angle.

I find that hard to believe. I regularly ride in PNW winters (very mild for all intents and puposes) and even then the reverbs i've had perform noticeably worse, specially when you get close to freezing. I've never had that happen with cable remotes or shifters. It's just a fact of basic fluid mechanics.

I'm into this. A heads up next time Spomer so we can join. keep it up. I like the casual feel of it. BTW a parsec IS a unit of distance, what solo did was take a strava line through the maelstrom (a cosmic storm) that cut the total distance to 12 parsecs.

oversight, It has been fixed. I was just excited to get the pictures when i got it all put together. this is my first complete build.
Haha I get it. same thing happened to me with the last brakes I installed on my bike. I had the brake lines routed, cut and heat shrinked before realizing I could rotate the barbs, thankfully they weren't too far off so you can't tell right now.

nice looking bike, Just one comment, why didn't you rotate the hose barbs at the calipers so you don't have them pointing up like that?

more material to disperse heat and better thermal properties. Also, no riveted union with the center section that has terrible heat transfer.

76 degree effective seat tube angle as it sits.
Instead of bending the seat tube to look steeper, we use an offset straight seat-tube so people could use the length rather than face interference issues. When combined with shorter seat tube lengths, it allows for 170mm droppers to fit on all sizes of our bikes (and...more
I've only been on two rides, but so far I haven't had any issues with the amount of travel. I think it's what makes it ride like it does and I'm fine with that. I it a couple of 5ft drops and steep technical line with no issues.

It feels very similar but a little faster, climbs a bit better and rolls over bumps a little easier. it jumps surprisingly well. The most noticeable thing is that it like to go FAST

Bella Pedrito!
Bike of the Day November 11, 2018!
I had the same thing happen to me. suspension damper fluid doesn't freeze because of several reasons; Higher fluid volume, higher fluid movement which causes friction which causes heat and (in some cases) more material between the fluid and the environment to insulate
