Super serious, Sven. For god's sake, my house smells of leatherbound books. . . sorry it took a few hours for the response, I was doing 1000 curls for my serious training regimen.

It would be an ideal bike for a lot of people. . . and it would void the warranty. . . and per certain SC industry folks who lurk the interweb, it would result in poor handling due to the longer AC length, higher BB and 'too slack a head angle'. I'm sure Anka thought the handling sucked, too. ;-) Dear SC, if you had endorsed a setup like Anka's, you would have had a lot more customers.

Props to the builders! You guys have put in so much work over the years on this place and it looks dialed! Too bad I've had two kids and two artificial joints during the years it got built. . . maybe I'll try the kiddie jumps ;-)

3/30/2011 2:55pm Lower, longer. Definitely. Slacker? Seems like the same as the BLTc per their website. Looks to me like the HA is the same and the SA is steeper. CS a bit shorter. BB way lower. No ISCG? Would a dualie guide like a Blackspire stinger with BB mount work on this with that lower pivot? 1lb lighter than the current...

Another fine athlete previously supported by go-ride. Does that make Scott like some sort of old man with kids who've grown up? Next thing you know, he'll be on a 29er, parking in handicap spots at the trailhead talking about the good old days and the latest in prostate treatment ;-)

9/30/2010 8:19pm Haters can hate, but I think it's gonna be rad to see one of the most amazing bikes out there under a rider who used to race national level DH, THEN goes to slopestyle and THEN rides FMX and THEN complains that mtb slopestyle features are too small. Sounds like the kid was custom made for Rampage.

I generally don't wear more than knee/shins, but if you were to try a big new sender (think last month's Decline cover), or race a gnarly track all out on your race run, I'd put it on. Nice option anyway. Needs something to go around the pelvis too...
