8/26/2025 7:19pm Recently picked up the Hayes dominion to try, only to find out I have the dreaded pad rattle. I stretched the retainer clip out to an uncomfortable amount and still have a terrible rattle. What are some other tricks people have done? Shrink wrap around the pin didn’t fit (wouldn’t fit through the caliper hole)

"The car company I purchased my SUV from sold it with a black leather interior, but did not tell me it would get hot in the sun.When I got into my car it was hot. The next year they switched to a lighter color because they knew this, but their customer service would not give me a new interior. I will make a new user profile on many car websites to vent my frustration about not doing my research before purchasing something"
