Reach out to Scott directly. The bike is still pretty new so they almost definitely have parts.

11/9/2020 10:52am Hi All, So I recently picked up a used 2019 Scott Genius 910 and it had some pretty audible creaking noises from the swingarm area any time the suspension would compress and rebound. I decided it would be a good idea to take out all the pivot bolts, give them a good wipe down and reinstall with some good water...

11/6/2020 9:33am Yeah, I wouldn't have suspected something like this could happen either. Maybe it was taken out previously and over torqued when installed, subjecting it to a large static load?
