I experienced the same as you dude. Have had a stevo for 2 1/2 yrs now with float x. Kept on adding tokens to not blow through travel, but this made the bike harsh at the beginning. Fitted a cc link, removed the tokens and now have it supportive and supple, lubbly.

Not sure about for bike fitters. Do mtb'ers get bike fits? If for roadies then the crank is missing all the 2.5mm increments. Bike shops renting them out makes sense, it's a specialist tool like those laser handlebar alignment things. Very niche! (Sorry, I mean nitch )
I think if only fans wanted to shake the porn image it would have rebranded/renamed/changed logo etc. That's what corporations seem to do. Maybe this is modern day sneaky advertising, but in a 'it's so blatant they can't be doing that' sort of strategy. Marlboro continued to sponsor Ferrari in the years after the tobacco sponsorship ban in sneaky ways...
'OnlyFans is an internet content subscription service based in London, United Kingdom. [1] The service is used primarily by sex workers who produce pornography, [2] but it also hosts the work of other content creators, such as physical fitness experts and musicians. [3]' It's just clever marketing. Most of their revenue comes from porn. It's a porn website ultimately
Only Fans is porn. This must be the first thing UCI have done for MTB that I wholeheartedly agree with.

I don't get top level e bike racing full stop, but e-bike xc is just plain silly. E-bikes are for 'assisting' riders up hills for whatever reason. (which is fine). Regional racing with e-bike categories is a tricky one, as it's great for people who are unable to do a day's pedaling due to age/health etc. But unfortunately the categories...

I have worked with many athletes from a variety of sports who have had COVID and had a variety of struggles after. Some short lived some long term (read: several months). As many have noted here there is some time needed for the lungs and body to recover from the virus even after your body has fought off the virus. Frequently when it takes for then a few days or a week to recover and you fitness doesn't bounce back, chronic fatigue lasts months there is an autonomic nervous system dysfunction that occurs. Basically your body thinks it under lots...

Awesome to hear your experiences with it Chris, cheers. To update my story, I took dec and jan completely off all exercise, and just walked more. And it's worked wonders. Whooop! Wish I'd done that a year ago instead of ignoring the symptoms. Now to get fit again

I love how "no offence" is still used as an attempt to justify an offensive statement. Sorry, doesn't work that way - still offensive and unnecessary; the question could have been asked in a different and unoffensive way.

Hi all, I'm a long time vital lurker but signed up to join in the convo. Thanks for sharing and I can only echo what others have said. I had Covid at the end of Jan. It wasn't that bad, was ill for maybe 3 days. But I tested positive for 16 days straight after, which I thought was a...
