Sep. 23rd - 25th was the date when some of the best riders in the nation got together on Beech Mountain, NC to race for the national champion's jersey. Jill Kintner nailed it! Dual-Slalom Champion on Saturday AND Downhill Champion on Sunday! Mitch Ropelato took the hot seat in the Pro Men Dual-Slalom after a sick run against Neko Mulally. On Sunday Logan Binggeli took top place after his run and probably had the longest 3 minutes of his life watching Aaron Gwin coming down the course, and taking 2nd place.

Luana Oliveira is a brazilian rider filled with determination and hungry to keep growing in the sports. In her home country - Brazil - she is the best; 2x National DH Champion; 4x National four-cross Champion... and the list goes on with at least another 20 national & international titles..

The third episode we get to know a few of the local dirt jumps in Itu, São Paulo. This is the place where she was born and even though she travels all over the world, she is still coming back for training sessions in her hometown. In this last episode Luana Oliveira spends a day in some of the trails in São Paulo. The first one is a "must" for the riders, the famous Green Bike Park. Then she heads to a local BMX course.

ilming is a tough thing to do. Filming AND photographing is nearly impossible! Thanks to Fernando Fabregas for letting me borrow his Canon T3i (shoots video at 60fps – good for slow motion) and Paula Williams for doing most of the filming part while I was taking pictures and trying out some different stuff with the GoPro. By the way, what an amazing little camera! This was the first time I tried the continuous shooting settings and it worked pretty well!
