Can't really give my review yet cos had only rode it once so far. Initial feel it feels different from my previous Enduro set up of using Debonair. Will update when I get at least a couple more rides

Sorry , my bad on inputting the wrong pike travel info. Currently its 150mm though I had initially in mind to put a 160mm pike but the difference is just only half a degree slacker as compared to the stock 150mm. Riding experience on this set up gave fast, livelier trail ride as compared to riding my Enduro 160mm especially on them technical climbs. However on gnarly descend , after been gotten so use to slacker 65.5deg ride on my Enduro, Stumpjumper's 150mm require more conscious handling. I may try that 160mm option in future.

I did not ride the custom tuned Fox on this bike but had rode using it on my previous Stumpjumper 2014. This Monarch Plus is also custom made for Stumpjumper with the auto sag capability included. I had also used Monarch Debonair on my Enduro instead of the stock In Line shock. I find the monarch give me good reliable response, easy maintenance and the mid travel capability is much better. This helps alot when my rides I emphasis alot on the descends.

No it did not as the monarch is still the same travel of 150 mm.

size M. It does have a slight longer top tube than a normal trail bike.

I had rode the previous Spitfire on 26". With this V2 on 27.5 , it gives so much faster ride. Controls is still good for tight trail sections though you have to be fast in the reacting as the bike always feel quick. Having a CCDB Air CS certainly helps as the big volume shock makes the mid travel more linear.
