My favorite part is when the music drops and he Busted out a sweet whip on that gap. NICE, tho i wanted to see that suspension put more to the test on a big drop!

He could have soaked a bit more of the jump up with his legs and not gap to FLAT! Didn't judge the gap right.

At first look at the stats the bike seems too heavy to be a contender, espcially when there are way lighter 160mm travel machines on the market, but somehow you just don't notice the weight until you pick it up. It climbs OK, but it could climb so much better, on the descents it is fun, but this is mostly due to the tire width and slack HT angle becuase the RS suspension is adequate, but not great, but could have been tuned by Kona or RS to be really good. I feel the process could be a little better...

I believe you are right " ruined by poor component choices by the accounting department". They always have had really good price points, check out their new bike the PRECEPT DL it is a good looking bike at $1899 but WTF is with the needing a triple crank on their trail bikes. Get with it Kona, put the double on the trail bike and have your FR bike run a guide.

A little graphic, but it will make everyone smarten up for a bit after watching this. Where a neck brace, And don't buy a low end Six Six One helmet if you want to survive a hard crash. RIP bro.
