Thank you! And yes FPE is my company. As far as weight I have no idea. Weight doesn’t matter too much to me. I ride big hits and like to go fast so it just needs to last.

Yeah, just shave a udh down until the lip only sticks out about 2mm. Saw someone do it with an Eagle mechanical so figured I would try it on the Ingrid.

Yeah definitely go for it! It took a couple sketches and then quite a few iterations in CAD just to land on a design I liked, only two physical iterations (this being the second) but I do want to make a third eventually with some small improvements.

Thank you, appreciate the kind words! Yeah the Ingrid stuff is fantastic, their design language really is cool and certainly shares some of that philosophy. Simple done well. For the triggy I stripped it and then took a dremel to it to sharpen up the lines by hand since it’s very rounded over from tumbling/media blasting. This gave it a more fresh off the CNC look. Then I polished it and just left it like that. When it comes to aluminum in most cases I don’t like to clear coat it. If it dulls it’s typically easier to shine it...

Thank you! I use a lot of the rapid prototyping services for work (Xometry, Protolabs, etc) so that’s the route I went. For this I used the JLCPCB cnc service since it is by far the cheapest for something like this that requires 5th-axis machining. Has taken a bit of trial and error to get good results with them though. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend providing supplementary drawings/documents to ensure the best result.

Georgeous stuff. Next to Actofive P-Train builds i've seen, can't get more classy and tastefull that this. Custom stem is the icing on the cake too.

The Ingrid derailleur is pretty sweet, no setup issues with various cassettes, clutch works well, and the swappable fins have been cool for trying it with different shifters. Currently have their TTS but have also ran it with a Sram 12spd shifter. The TTS shifter is a little awkward at first but you get used to it, and has a really positive mechanical clunk to each shift which I love. Honestly though I still think I prefer a standard two trigger shifter ergonomically so may end up switching back. I only have one ride on the Nine.One so far, but...

Thank you! Yeah it really is a problem on modern bikes. Even with 40mm rise bars I had to have quite a bit of spacers under my stem to feel like what I am used to. I would gladly take the small decrease in reach to have a much improved stack without altering my front center/wheelbase length.
