Cam is a great actor. There's a second career waiting there for him after he's done throwing those ninger-nanger wang-wang flips. :-)

"Gonna make these little post office jumps mah bitch". Classic! I think GW could give Will Ferrell a run for his money at "fake hillbilly" worlds.

I don't know if they ruined it...there's plenty of room for different types of movies...but yeah, it's definitely my favorite of them all. It's just so....you know...

10/19/2011 11:05am In 2020, we'll just be choosing frames from the video to use as pictures. Shot on miniaturized RED cameras with 20m pixels, ISO 500,000, and 1/5000 shutter speeds.

HA! I was just looking for a way to post a link to this here, you guys beat me to it! We really are spoiled. After Follow Me, LifeCycles, and 3MG, now we get to look forward to Inside Out, and Where The Trail Ends - and the bar seems to be constantly headed in an upwards direction! (Get yourselves a little snowboard action with Art of Flight in there as well in there...)

iceman2058 Added a comment about video Freecaster: Behind the Scenes at MTB Worlds 2011
10/19/2011 10:58am Yeah, too cool this! Warner really is pro, you have to hand it to him, he comes across as this dude who's shouting his head off, but in fact, he really is on his game. So happy that he'll be back with DH1 next year, would've been a terrible loss. I also caught some of this year's WC action on Eurosport. It friggin sucked.

Am sorely tempted to join the 21st century, but am holding out for 9t sprockets/cassettes so I can get rid of my FD before adding another control/cable...

iceman2058 Added a comment about news story Press Release: UCI Launches Official 2012 European Series with iXS

Sven, not sure if it's "hate", but I for one had a hard time with how they handled the whole RockyRoads thing, as well as the Freecaster saga (not to mention the very unprofessional approach to terminating the 4X series). It does reek of them being out of touch with their audience, and they come across as very mercenary. Probably the best (=most productive) thing at this point though is to stop whining and get on with it (but it's so easy to whine behind our keyboards!
). DH1 is now here for the teams who want to sign...

It's a must have in any MTB movie collection, right up there with the best of each genre. It's got its own style for sure, much like all the good ones do. If you had to pick just a few, you'd go LifeCycles, Seasons, and 3MG (in no special order). That would be a good collection already, that would stand the test of time. (maybe a couple of Krankeds, some Rampage footage and a couple of NWDs if you felt the need for some DJ-blasting-on-death-metal-soundtrack stuff every now and again..).

10/13/2011 11:54am 9 tooth sprockets to the rescue. Yay! This thread is a good example of why 9-36 is going to be so cool. 9-36 10-speed in the rear, 30T up front - climb anything, bomb anything!

10/11/2011 11:36pm This is interesting. http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/freecaster-tv-spawns-new-international-… Check out this excerpt: "According to Mountain Bike Rider, the split between Freecaster.tv and the UCI occurred when the UCI increased the amount of royalties it was demanding for the continued right to broadcast. Freecaster CEO Ray Dulieu said the amount was triple the asking price. Rockyroadsnetwork.com has replaced Freecaster as the official World Cup partner...
