Well it can certainly replace the cable cam for some stuff, but if you want to use bigger cameras, then you'll still need the cable (also for working in tight woods I guess....although if you know what you are doing, you can probably be quite precise with the copter...). The footage looks awesome though. I wish they would have been brave enough to get close to the riders the whole time, that last shot is cool.

WHOA E.P.I.C. That's gotta be one of the best looking trails ever shot, and the riding is totally bad ass. 1:56 is SUCH as epic shot...(you need to grab some banging stills there methinks?). This made my day.

Something I've been thinking about when it comes to these ultr-thin designs, and wondering whether or not a little bulge on the inside should bother you: if, like the rider in the picture above, you have your foot a fair bit forwards on the pedal, the bulge of the pedal won't actually come in contact with the shoe, because of the shape of the sole in that area (it cuts away). If you ride with your foot further back, and like to position it close to the crankarm, you might be bothered by it. The proper way is like the...

Yeah! This will go so well with a 9-36t cassette. Any sign of those from anybody yet? (Hope, Canfield, Specialized...)?

It's funny. As soon as you make a MTB clip not for mountainbikers, it kinda takes away the magic. The ad copy voiceover ruined the AWESOME riding and footage...
