fast_bastard Added a comment about press release Lenz Sport Leviathan 32er - Cross Country Trail Bike

Than you for your detailed response. I have not played around with cranks to be honest, my current bikes are 170 and 175 mm lengths. I do find I prefer low BBs - coming from a gravity background, I like a low BB that I can corner hard. I like high hands - I'm kind of excited by the high stack heights of 32ers. Chainstay length isn't something that I can say I've ever really noticed on a bike - I have five or six bikes now, and I can't say that I am sensitive to chainstay length. I suspect...

I am 6'4". I'm a big fan of steep seat angles. I've been burned by many years of bikes with steep virtual / slack actual seat tube angles that have my butt almost over the rear axle when I extend my seatpost. I'm curious how you have handled this in the larger sizes?

This looks really nice. It concerns me that all the bike sizes show the same seat tube angle. Is that actually the case? As a taller rider, it really frustrates me a when I run my long dropper post, and my seat position is now right above the rear axle. Also, do you know when other options for the fork, other than the Wren, will be available? Am not keen on the Wren.

I'm 6'4". I got a Bird Aeris two years ago. 528 mm reach, short stack at 608 mm. 64 HA. I learned two things: -stack is important, like many other tall riders, I like my handlebars up high. I'm running about 60 mm of spacers under my stem, so I'm effectively riding a bike with a 668 mm stack, and...

I'm having similar issues with my DVO Diamond. It comes with a coil negative spring. Otherwise its a great fork, but the coil negative spring is a huge PITA.

Amaury had an amazing season, and definitely deserved his victories. That being said, the Commencal Supreme 29er was over represented in World Cup results. There was definitely something going on. (I suspect its simply the combination of one of the most progressive geometries on the circuit, 29er wheels, and high pivot point). I can't recall which video, but there is...

Please, please, please make an XXL size! I am a big fan of your bikes, but (other than the new 29er DH), they are sized well too small for me. Please make an XXL, I want to buy this bike Commencal!

I am in the same boat. I'm 6'4". My current bike has a reach that is 2 inches longer, and a seat tube that is an inch shorter. Looks pretty, but I think they made a big miss on the geometry.

Damn - I really like Commencal. I just bought a bike, and wanted to get a Commencal. Unfortunately I am super tall, and there wasn't anything big enough in their lineup for me. Come on Commencal - offer an XXL - I'll buy one in a few years when its time to upgrade again!

The bike industry is by and large pushing bikes that are too small, IMHO. I'm a tall guy - 6'4". I'm tall, but no freak. I just bought a new bike, and it was a real struggle. I found that only a handful of manufacturers are making bikes big enough to fit me. The only bikes made by large companies...
