My 2.5" comes up almost exactly that on an EX471 rim (measured with a digital vernier over the side knobs).

Had my 1st ride out on a new WTB combination this weekend. Convict (2.5" x 27.5" High grip/light front, 2.3" x 26" Vigilante Fast/tough on the back). Coming from Maxxis Shorty/DHR2 it was always going to be a tough act to follow but I think the Convict/Vigilante will be a great combination for my local off-piste/loam trails that are in abundance here in the UK. Tubeless set-up was a piece of cake with just a floor pump though they were a little tight to get on but that should translate into a reliable tubeless seal. 1st couple of runs down...

Since the frame's stroke curve is quite progressive it feels pretty much the same as 190 version... plenty of stroke, nice mid stroke support and feels to have good small bump compliance... this was even improved with BOS shock... if I can compare with previous Ibis Mojo HD on 160 ... 601 even in 190 version was bit faster uphill and less responsive to pedalling, it´s even bit better now on 165... Personally love setup 170/165 with 65,5 HA
