11/18/2016 2:35pm I ordered Giro Privateer HV Bike Shoes, in a 10.5 and 11 from Back Country they said I could send back the ones that didn't fit, the HV is supposed to be high volume EE.

8/18/2014 10:45am I'm doing a paddle, trail run and MB race. it will last about 4 hours or more. How much water should I drink the day before and how many days before the race should I quit training or rest? It's on Oct 12th in Bama so it won't be that hot i guess. Thanks Crash
