I'm doing a paddle, trail run and MB race. it will last about 4 hours or more. How much water should I drink the day before and how many days before the race should I quit training or rest? It's on Oct 12th in Bama so it won't be that hot i guess. Thanks Crash

Drink a lot of water (2 or 3 liters) one or more days before and stop training two days befor so you'll recover and be prepare for the competition!
