Great result from Steve Smith - he's in great form this season.... And Gee is just brilliant - strong, fit & good focus (mental strength). Aaron Gwin ? Did he NOT do anything in the off season ? Practice ? Bike-setup ? Doh...

You Americans have had it good until now !! It wll be probably be BACK to WIndham or Mont Saint Anne next year (2014)... There has NEVER been an event in Australia - never mind top Aussies like Sam Hill, Troy Brosnan, Mick Hannah, Jared Graves, Bryn Atkinson - and Tracy Hannah too... P.S. We have to stay up till 2am (European) - OR - get up at 4.30am (Canada/U.S.) to watch it live. Quit complaining - and go ride...
