Hey Vital, can you not delete my comments, please? I don't think I said anything out of line and I should be allowed to post my opinions freely

If this works anything like the world's lightest condom, I'm all for it. My motto is: Feel the rhythm. Feel the rhyme. It's world lightest Condom time!

RE: The Critics Does electric shifting also count as "E" mtb? Additive energy to a part of the bicycle system formerly and purely rider powered. Minimally, but literally, adding energy to a system that has historically been purely rider energy powered. Seriously. Additive energy to shifting system is OK? Just not the drive system? Brake and dropper post systems may be next. Increasing the additive energy.

Brage Vestavik is one of my all-time favorite riders to watch, World Cup speed, Freeride / Slalom racer style, Instabangers for days.

shifting was never purely rider powered, prior to wireless / electronic shifting it was mechanically powered, which is also "additive energy" as you put it. The rider just pushed a button. The rider is still just pushing a button with wireless / electronic shifting, so not much has changed in terms of rider input. I wouldn't consider this a form of E-bike because you're not really getting any more assist than you were before. What it does come down to is less set up for the bike builder or mechanic, thus another way the bike industry is putting your LBS...
