As an owner of two Fezzari bikes (Delano and now their Empire SL), this bike is super tempting for those shuttle runs, park days, or anytime I want a bit extra travel. Been overly delighted with how my Delano climbs and descends, and can echo the sentiment that I IMMEDIATELY felt super comfortable on this bike from the get-go.

So are racist opinions justifiable because their opinions? Sorry bud but I don’t think we need to create a safe space for racists to be assholes. Racists posts using the n-word is not ok on any form of media. No normal person wants to read that. And unfortunately quite a lot of people are genuinely hurt by it. Freedom of speech doesn’t mean the public has to allow you to broadcast your opinions or that their aren’t consequences to what you choose to say. Just something to think about. Gonna drop it here.

6/13/2018 8:50am @kwapik I did, and they're sending out new seatstays. With this overall support experience, I just *really* hope nothing else goes wrong with this bike. If it does, I'll know to get on the phone early and often (if necessary), rather than rely on their support ticket system.

6/11/2018 10:33am Warranty access is huge. I purchased a Jeffsy 27 earlier this year. I submitted a warranty request nearly a month ago, and I'm still waiting on some kind of resolution from YT. Communication has been so lacking that I recently requested to return the bike for a refund. I wish I had a Smuggler about now.
