Awesome video from a great local spot and a true ripper. Word on the street is I-Street is going official with the city and has a $60,000 line item in the 2013-14 budget. That should build a lot of new jumps ;-).

Neither you nor anyone else here really knows what went on with TWR/Gwin. Calling him unprofessional when you don't have the full story strikes me as slightly unfair. From what I have read of Gwin (bearing in mind I have never even met him, so this is completely my opinion of him), he seems quite placid. Certainly, he doesn't come across as brash so I would assume there is more to this than currently meets the eye (see tweet below). Anyway, that's me speculating now too.

In my industry (telecommunications) LOI's, at the end of the day, really dont mean shit. Its exactly that - a LETTER OF INTENT. Intent to sign, but doesnt mean they will... Its not a contract. Comon Trek, give it up. All you're doing is succeeding in giving both yourselves AND Gwin a black eye.

The UCI does not give a rats about "growing the sport" the be all and end all of the UCI modus operandi is to achieve and retain total control over all cycling no matter what. Frankly it is an ethically corrupt, morally bankrupt organization on one hell of a power trip!
