I just gave what I think is a different but honest opinion about Commencal. Since the introduction of the V3 platform reliability is on par with the competition. But just go and talk to a long time mechanic in France about Commencal, you'll be surprised! Brand X, Y or Z ain't the point. The point is that for a decade Commencal did so little to address the reliability problems their bikes were plagued with, that many french bike shops stopped supporting the brand. This sounds like a stupid decision from Specialized, just to make more noise around the Evo. So gravity bikes from Spe are not well for the gravitiest competition ? Come on.. And why don' t he put some Mattoc instead of Dorado if he's confident in light stuff ?
