Andrew_Austin Added a comment about press release Orbea Gives the Rallon More Travel and More Progressivity for 2020

They need to add more travel and progressivity to the warranty... my bikes cracked after 11 months and I’ve been refused warranty On a blatant manufacturing defect .. they’ve had the cracked bike since March and I still don’t have it back.... It’s a shame because I wanted to choose something different and it rides well, but honestly, choose something else... £6000, 11 months and no bike...

Nice bike - but mine has cracked on the down tube - a 40mm perfectly straight crack down the centre line of the frame - Orbea have been utterly dismissive from first contact, so have Tredz. I will post back here when I hear final result but I would recommend avoiding this brand and distributor. Main pivot bearings... yeh they're undersized - I've I had to replace mine every 2 months (I'm 5'8 70kgs)... thanks Orbea, took my money and provided zero support.

I'm sure they're tough and strong, but I imagine they would sell more bikes if they had a sleeker, more nimble appearance. Actual seat tube angles are a problem with most brands, not just Kona. Hopefully that's the next geometry change we see that becomes the hot new trend. Long, low, slack, and STEEP!

I know that there are a lot of other important factors to consider when choosing a bike, but it does play a big role when it comes to making such a major purchase. Other than the the Honzo and the Libre all of these bikes have a really awkward appearance to them. Further, the slack actual seat tube angle on the Process 153 would be and absolute deal breaker for me. I also wonder if the kink in the...
