I presume that for a normal rider (also like me) it's not really sensible to spend a crazy amount to save a few grams (especially on drivetrain)... For the wheels especially as carbon rims in most cases aren't lighter. For this build I tried saving the weight with tyres and TPU tubes which should be 0.5-1kg, depending on the tyres and tubes ofc.

That's not bad ! I have the carbon version of the Tyee 5 with a similar build (previous gen Lyrik, coil shock, chunky rims) and it's ~16.2kg

Did you put on any other carbon/weight saving components on? Or was that the stock weight? I wanted to stick to AL frame for aesthetics/ride feel but they do weigh more so I tried to make it lighter in other places.

About 16.4 Kg. Feels quite light for a 29er with a dropper

Those brakes are not Avid Code R 2013, they're Avid Code 2011. Kyle Strait ran them until the Mavens came out. They're my favourite brakes of all time.
