Did the back of your neck or upper back get sweaty when wearing the vest? I have that issue with some bike vests and am curious if this one does better in that regard.

Not in particular, no. I do sweat quite a bit in general, so I’m used to it I guess, but I wouldn’t say it’s particularly noticeable with this one. It does have that soft patch around the neck which might feel a bit clammy if you’re sensitive, but there’s also a very substantial flap on the upper back which provides good airflow.

I've been asking for something like this for a long time and was happy to see it hit the stores earlier this year. In warm, rainy North Vancouver this is a staple for almost every ride if you want to stay dry from rain and sweat.

If I can add my 2 cents here. I don't think Sram paid Jack, or the team, anything. That whole YT deal is that they run whatever they want because they don't take money from any sponsors. Now I think that was changing because the industry is struggling and they probably saw how much money they were losing out on. My best guess is YT asked Sram to pay to support the team and they said no, so YT doubled down on the TRP/Fox association they had already been building. Vali would be the only one I could see saying...
