I see the yeti vibe, I don’t see the same internal routing ports but the seat tube are looks similar to the current gen bikes. it also could be evil. if they were to move away from delta it would probably be to something else crafty from DW.

I think we may have to admit some possibilities about the group on this thread. Either: 1. We are all no longer well connected enough to score inside info. 2. The industry is in a slump and not developing product at the same speed as the previous few years Considering the lack of new product that came out of crank...

Certainly makes sense. The layout of the radial tire resembles lacrosse stick mesh and high-tech sail cloth, both are applications where preferential flex along one axis is advantageous. What this really reminds me of is X-pac sail cloth which has been readily adapted for making bike frame bags (Revelate, rogue panda….) Cool to see, makes me wonder if we’ll we...

With all this 6 bar nonsense, testing cromo chainstays, electronic compression, etc I want someone to (re)try the V2 Magic Link. V1 was a flexy prototype, V3 only used a single shock, so I think V2 was the sweet spot (its a shame I cracked two of them back in the day). Yes, it pedaled better, but thats not its most interesting characteristic. You would set up your suspension rather stiff, with the compression higher than normal, allowing it to be rather firm when pumping. When you hit rough stuff, the rearward forces on the frame increased the leverage ratio...

One the topic of aerodynamic clothing the course ski racing can be informative. FIS has extensive rules governing the permeability of gs suits and the clothing that can be worn underneath as impermeable rubberized layers are more aerodynamic than other woven cloths. FIS tests suits and prohibits the wearing of swim suits and similar materials underneath suits. one interesting thing...

Yeti has been running similar vest/compression shirts for some time now and I’ve always wanted to get my hands on one of the vests. I find a similar combo works well in super hot/humid conditions. Unfortunately every vest I’ve found has a more lax bro vibe.

I would like tuned disc rotors. If my brakes are going to make noise I’d love it to be something fun. I’m thinking “sheeeeesh” or fart noises

Probably something that looks a lot like a Devinci Wilson, although the profile isn’t too far off their current offering. Split pivot does offer really nice characteristics under braking

Would make a certain amount of sense. All (or most) of the Rocky Mountain models currently on their website have shimano in their names. This implies the future availability of sram models as well.

I saw a very finished looking carbon bike with a paint job I didn’t recognize in one of Remi’s stories. Also think it will have headset cups like the stumpy evo.
