Yea its unique to say the least, although there are a few companys using similar style geometry. Its a complete change from my old bike (2006 Demo 8), but I'm very happy with it so far! Its very good a corners and effective through the rough stuff. Very easy to pedal too! I'm leaving for 10days in Morzine next week so that should be a good test for it
