I'm buying a used frame with a TTX22M.2 coil set at 65mm stroke. I want to reduce it to 60mm so the bike has 150mm travel and is more trail friendly since enduro is dead (RIP). Öhlins indicates you can use the spacers included in the box with the shock to do this, but I don't have a box or the spacers, and I can only find vendors selling spacers for the air shock, not coil. Does anyone know of a place selling these, or if not, is there a way to DIY them without killing myself?

I would hit up someone who services them and see if they have any.

For example a while back I bought an ohlins coil from full flow in auburn: https://www.fullflowsuspension.com

He only had a different stroke size in stock but said he could easily change it, so he must have had the spacers in stock.

Why not just install the appropriate coil to hit your target sag for 150 mm travel, which you would normally have to do anyway, and be done with it?  I can't think of many situations in which hitting a bottom-out bumper would be preferable to having a little extra travel in reserve.

This - surely you'll achieve results closer to what you want by just increasing the spring rate?

I could I guess… This setup (reduced stroke) is one of the approved ways of running the bike per the builder.

Fluid Focus has helped me with similar issues.

I think the only situation would be if hitting the bottom out bumper early prevents a frame clearance issue. there are certainly bikes out there that cannot accept a longer stroke due to clearance. No idea if OP is in that scenario though.

In my experience though an extra 5mm of stroke is generally fine. OP would just want to check frame clearance at bottom out (take the spring out and squish it all the way) and/or hit up the frame builder.

If I didn't install the appropriate travel reduction spacers on my Meta AM the seat tube and seat stay bridge would have been obliterated. The spacers are probably worth next to nothing to be safe. I have also had good results slicing and installing some 2.5mm delrin washers of the right size behind the bottom out bumper on my previous DVO Jade X to limit travel.

Ahh fair enough, if it's already been set up outside the frame manufacturer's specifications then that's a very good reason to make the change.  Don't mind me.
