The Specialized oficial stores here in Rio de Janeiro Brazil force me to buy a size M 5K bike and in the sizing chart I am XL. I buy a XC bike and the lock out is broken on the first day of use, I take my bike to bleed a new Shimano brake
and the Specialized "mechanic" destroy my brake and don't pay for the damage. Yeah Golden age.

I don't think the credit should go to spez.
Credit to the video creators who presented it to the spez exec. I think harrison mendel was th DP, saw it on his insta. It was shot beautifully. Concept was very good, unique.

I'd still say Specialized deserve some credit here - they were ultimately the ones that signed off on it and put up the cash. It's not your everyday marketing video, so it's clear that they assumed some risk. Agreed though - great work from Harrison Mendel and team.
