Blast the Mass, SWAY DH results

1.Joey Schusler (sp?) (on a carbon Yeti 5(?))
2.Chris Boice (on a Yeti 575)
3.Kain Leonard (on a....a downhill bike)

Joey was the only one to break 5 mins, 4.59 (I think). Long, pedally, & BLUE course. Intermittent rain made some sections slick and some berms SICK.

I blew the first two corners and crashed off-the-bike in the woods....then pinned it. Ended up 10th (Cat 1 19-29)

Tomorrow is the downhill downhill..classic Snowmass schralping

Blast the Mass had a two DH race format instead of a DH race and gated race going towards gravity points. the SWAY race was a pedally DH, almost Super D apparently...just variety. i only call it SWAY b/c that's what Noah called it in his original post. on the results page, it's "Downhill 1"

Gwin flatted in the Sway (Saturday's DH)...at the top and still had a smoking time (also on a trail bike)

Sundays DH was:
1. Gwin
2. Schusler
3. B. Buell
4. Lars Sternberg

Poor Jill Kinter had 2 crashes and gashed her chin. I'm 99% sure the womens pro results were:

1. Buhl
2. Harmony
3. Harvey
