I cannot get my tubeless tire to seat even with a charger pump. I have tried removing the valve core and it doesn't seem to help. I have also tried using the compressor at a gas station with no luck. It is a wire bead DH 34 tire. I have also tried putting an inner tube in to get one side of the tire to pop up on the bead. This also didn't work. I have tried pulling the bead up but this hardly works because of the tight fit. Does anyone have any idea for what I can do to make this tire work tubeless? It is a tubeless-ready tire and rim.

Have you tried putting more tape on the rims? ( duct tape or gorilla tape works fine). It usually work for me with dh tires that won't seat.

Try spraying the bead with Windex (or soapy water) and then try to seat the bead. I've never had to do it on a mtb tire, but I've done it many times mounting dirt bike tires.
