Does anyone know if the Specialized swat stem tool fits in the fox 38?

I’m looking for a way to store some tools on my frame and I quite like the one up but I don’t like that you have to Thread the steerer tube. Does anyone know if the swat stem tool works with the oval steerer tube that is found on the 38.

It doesn't fit. I'll have to check if I can do some metal grinding on mine to make it fit.
Two things to keep in mind, the Specialized Swat CC fits on steerer tubes of 225mm max length, and on my previous Fox 36, it comes in contact with the Syncros fender at bottom out.
But it is still my favourite tool. So quick and easy to use.

Well that sucks☹️ Thanks! Maybe the granite stash tool could work? It looks very similar to the swat and is pretty sleek too!

Could you use a zee cage and the cage mounted holder instead? I have one of those and love it!

100% it fits. Have it on my 180mm 38, on a 2020 Enduro.

Another option I like (and have) is the Wolf Tooth Encase System...works really well and is well hidden.
Or, just by the OneUp Pump and store the EDC tool in it.

I would be curious to see a photo of the bottom. I can't get mine to sit evenly on the bottom of the steerer.

I’ve installed one. It installed just like any other fork. I’ve seen the bike many times since and it’s still there.
