The rear has adjustable dropouts and I currently have the rear wheel set up close to make it more playful and the trails are very dry at the moment. There's actually 4mm clearance. But when the Trails are wet/muddy I can pull the wheel back another 10mm for more clearance.

Hey bro, Its actually not touching. There's currently 4mm clearance. Just looks closer from the pics. The chainstays are adjustable aswell. I have it set up close at the moment because the Trails are very dry. If it's wet or muddy I pull the wheel back for more clearance.
