EXO+ Casing (pre-2022)
120 TPI with SilkShield and EXO protection materials for improved tread puncture protection. The SilkShield layer runs from bead-to-bead with a layer of EXO along the sidewalls.

EXO+ Casing (2022 update)
Combines a 60 TPI casing with EXO sidewall protection and a small butyl insert at the bead to protect from pinch flats and rim damage. (50% more puncture resistant and up to 20% less prone to snakebites compared to the previous generation). Medium-duty protection suitable for all-around trail riding and lightweight e-bikes.

Double Down (DD) Casing
Two layers of lightweight 120 TPI casing material are combined with a butyl sidewall insert to create a highly durable tire with more trail feedback than a Downhill casing tire. Good for enduro racing and e-bike use.

Downhill (DH)
Made with two layers of durable 60 TPI casing material along with a large butyl rubber insert that extends from each bead into the sidewall. The butyl insert helps prevent pinch flats, protects the rim from impacts, and provides additional sidewall stability.

New DH Casing (2026 update)
Dual-ply, 2x120 TPI layer construction with new casing material, wider overlap of casing layers, extra sidewall protection, and a high-hardness butyl insert at the bead. E25 and E50 rated. The new construction and progressive casing stiffness improved compliance, support, and durability.
