Great value: a few mm longer & they'd be perfect!

The Good:

Tacky, excellent cushioning for the diameter, decent durability, & replacement rubber (sans clamps) for $13

The Bad:

A few mm short of best-in-class rubber grip length for single-clamp designs.

Overall Review:

Kudos to Deity for selling us just the rubber replacement grips we need at a fair price, and letting us do the earth the favor of re-using the aluminum clamps!!! I've tested at least a half-dozen single-clamp grips on the market, and the Waypoints are the best overall design I've found. They offer best-in-class cushioning for the diameter, super-tacky rubber, respectable wear-life, and every last mm of the rubber grip is comfortable on the hand. In fact, there is only one way they could improve the grip, and that is to extend their usable rubber gripping surface from 122mm to meet or beat competitors like the Santa Cruz Palmdale which has 125mm of grippable rubber (FWIW, the Palmdales are longer, but not as tacky, and can only be replaced at full-pop w/ the aluminum clamp.)
