E13/Vee redeemed themselves with the Gen3 tire with MoPo compound. Nice round profile, grippy, and the edge knobs wore evenly and retained consistent cornering feel well into 300+miles. All was well until they came out with the Gen3 V2 towards the end of 2022. They put what feels like 1-mm thick plastic'y anti-puncture insert under the tread, making the trail casing tire weigh north of 1150 grams. I don't need or want 1000+g tires on my daily driver.
