<b>Introducing the newest incarnation of the Jet 9 RDO, Niner’s flagship cross-country full suspension bike.</b>
<b>For those seeking the ultimate race machine, Niner has created fifty 5-Star LTD Jet 9 RDO complete bikes that spare no expense.</b>
<b>The LTD build features a custom painted RockShox RS1 fork, Stan's NoTubes Valor Carbon wheels, SRAM X0 hubs and XX1 drivetrain, and Shimano XTR Trail brakes.</b>
<b>Niner’s new RDO Carbon Compaction System allows for precise shaping that adds to the aesthetically striking form.</b>
<b>The new system utilizes rigid internal molds (shown here in white), which results in tighter, more consistent compaction of the carbon layers.</b>
<b>Internal molds shrink when the frame is cured, allowing them to be removed. This results in precise wall thickness and reduced resin pooling, providing better ride tuning, increased strength, and weight reduction.</b>
<b>The new system reduced weight by 70 grams for the Jet 9 RDO while maintaining all standards for strength, stiffness and durability.</b>
<b>Look for the new Carbon Compaction System to make its way into all of Niner's RDO frames.</b>
<b>The CVA suspension system includes a carbon upper rocker, forged alloy lower linkage, custom valved Fox Float CTD Factory shock, and Enduro Magnetite Black sealed cartridge bearings to improve performance.</b>
<b>At 100mm of travel, this bike is most likely to be found in stage and epic endurance races. Vital tested one during the 2014 BC Bike Race. Stay tuned for our ride impressions.</b>
<b>Riders who choose a 100mm fork will discover handling traits inspired by Niner's hardtail race frames. Bumping up to a 120mm fork will result in an endurance cross-country machine that delivers smooth steering characteristics.</b>
