The qualifying rounds were held on the bottom 75-percent of the course with the very top few jumps, including the log jump, shut down due to the rain. By the time the finals came around the trails were all dry and ready to ride. With only 15 minutes of practice time, riders were scurrying to get practice on the full course. Jamie Goldman was super unlucky and messed his knee up in those last few moments and wasn't able to ride the finals. Too bad for us and too bad for Jamie as he was killing it all day and would have been in the top 5 easliy.
