Yeti
Cycles was established in 1985 before mountain biking was even considered an
industry. Since the early days, we have become one of the most widely recognized
teams in the history of the sport and have been home to some of the biggest
names in mountain biking. To commemorate our 25th anniversary, we have painted
the Factory Team bikes in the traditional desert turquoise and yellow scheme in
homage to Yeti race bikes of the late ‘80’s and early ’90’s. The color scheme
calls to mind a time when names like John Tomac, Julie Furtado, Jimmy Deaton,
Missy Giove, and Miles Rockwell donned the turq and yellow early in their
legendary racing careers.
