New Sram brakes adds ?!

Am I the only one offended by these new display ads from Sram to advertise their brakes ?
 

Few months ago they tried the same communication (yes, it is com, not Marketing) strategy which basically tells the consumer "our products are perfect, you are too dumb to realize it, let us explain to you why you are wrong to consider our brakes are garbage". Few months ago it was with a YT video and press release, now they use display ads instead of press release.

Now a company with a good Marketing department would should take into consideration what the market tells them and modify their offering accordling. Here they do just the opposite and instead use a communication strategy to try to convince us that basically their product is good but we just don't know it. But it completely forget that people complain and judge their brakes poorly because we have easily access to other brakes from the competition which allows us to make a fair comparaison and decide that their products are underperforming. If they were the only brakes on the market such communication strategy could work I guess but the market is highly competitive and products are easy to access (your friend's bike with those lovey MT7 or Tech4 for instance).

Is there not an expression that say that if you think everyone is the problem, maybe you are the problem ?


Edit: to illustrate what I say, for those that haven't seen the add or won't once the campaign will stop, here is a screen.

Edit: Edit: it seems that VitalMTB picture upload tool for phones work as well as SRAM brakes. I will try from a laptop later today.

Sram brakes are fine. its the Bleed process etc that causes the issues - some people cant do it, some can

I don't mind bike companies simply not giving a shit about their customers and just dismissing the issue like Commencal is doing with the bus loads of cracked Suprems.

But a brand that goes out of its way, spend time and money on communication through different mediums to tell the customers that they are basically morons is just baffling from a marketing perspective really. I guess I am more sensitive to it as it is my field but still when they did their PR stunt I remember people not being impressed in Pinkbike comment section. Since this is the same I was expecting the same but I guess most people don't even pay attention to display ads lol.
