There's also a new one coming out from EVS that hopefully will be a little bit cheaper. I know that my neck is worth it, but ouch! I can't afford that price. It's sad to think that what makes them so expensive is probably insurance. They claim to protect yo neck, someone has a crash and breaks it anyway, The lawyers get happy and make money = expensive neck braces.

Does anyone know of any comparisons done between different models/manufacturers? I'm about to buy something in the next day or two and wouldn't mind a little more info beyond the manufacturers' websites.
