yes, it allows you to change the head angle, however this is the old bike since the 2012 model it doesnt have this anymore.

i doubt it. i dont think hes part of the same team as sam and troy. 1. if hes part of such a big team and shimano and fox would sponsor them he would be using the new saint group not the old one. 2. if monster energy specialized would have changed sponsor or had a new team mate we would have known before this vid would have come out. 3. sram would probably do anything so fox shimano wouldnt get their best team at the moment after loosing syndicate.
