There is only one Oceania Championships per year, just like World Championships or National Championships. Riders eligible for the title are from Australia, New Zealand and a bunch of other island nations. This race was held in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.

2/3/2015 8:23pm Thanks again Vital, winter slideshows make it feel like the season never ends. Watching the strength of DH world cup winners racing enduro events is entertaining as hell and no doubt good for the sport. The level of competition is high and only getting higher. Never a bad thing on the global stage.

Due to the nature of photographing Enduro, you can really only chase the top men. If you hang around to wait for the women, then you would probably only get two goes at each and miss the finish. I would have loved to get more women's stuff. The very little I did get gets taken up with other photo commitments. It ate at me so much that I couldn't cover it, but the images just weren't there.

All in good fun.. Just giving some stick. I don't know if i would have raced, it wasn't an important race for them. It was good to see them there, just would have been cool to see them race. :-) Cous Cous particularily was looking really fast in practice.

let me know what you guy's want to see? These are shot pretty quickly when both riders and photographer have spare time. In this case it was seconds before Dean's seeding run. I usually just focus on what jumps out at me and making it visually appealing. You want more close up's of a dirty X.O derailleur, and tru-vativ direct mount stem?

Seriously 16 races is too much? Riders will just have to adapt to be more consistant and safe. Look how many rounds MX or MotoGP has. Privateers will do what they can to get recognised.. pick and choose what they can or cant do. This might actually mean more races closer to home for a lot of them..... and fatigue from fans? cmon...... seriously?
