Hands down one of the best Vital Podcasts to-date. Such a charming guy and artisan. I'm in the age bracket that really identified with the impact his Spooky Metalheads and Sinister bikes had on the scene. Never was lucky enough to own either but the style is in my DNA. Such a great listen.

As long as the e-bike is called the "E-poxy" I dont give two shits what they call the rest of them.

The druid is a good choice tho I can't see the Tolkien-esque tag washing with the Atherton's focus on absolute performance and cutting edge technology. Druid-Tron 3000 fills the brief perfectly.

Well you brought it up... ? Wonder if he's been doing the old penny farthing trick like Neko on the old demo. Doesn't look like the new 29r frame.

These are Burgtec RideWide Carbon bars- I asked Burgtec about the blacking out on coverage of a previous round. The answer I got is that Burgtec supply bars and stems (obviously) at their request to the team but the syndicate doesn’t have a bar sponsor in the contract thus they have to black out the logo. Doesn’t make much sense to me either but that’s the answer I was given from Burgtec directly. They happily mentioned though that “they asked for the best” and who can argue with that lol

Cannot work out the suspension motion here at all. And I know it’s not the same but it’s interesting how similar visually this is to the old demo frame set.

A lot of moaning about the dockside finish/asphalt.. the Spec Gravity team and others have mentioned this is a 2minute track. That would finish at the end of the dirt and not run into the residential area. People are getting ahead of themselves I think. As fun as this preview was, I’m not sure Sam Pilgrim is correct on this occasion.
