On my second Topaz now, sold the previous bike and foot a Topaz for new one. First one I bought at release (may 2016) before anyone knew how good they are. Setting this one up has been a tad more complicated but due to the frame not shock. I've been using a Shockwizz and got it dialled now.

Yeah the thing is this footage comes from days of practice, are you suggesting that they make a course these guys can perfect first run? By the last day many of these guys have dialed these jumps in, whats wrong with pushing the limits of the best riders in the world?

Actually from this perspective you would see enough difference to see why GT have three different moving points in a drive chain system (1. Crank 2. Main triangle of frame 3. Rear axle) . When i watch my BB on my AOS bike it moves a significant distance away from the main triangle of frame, something not one of these bikes do, the frame and bb are the same fixed object. It's a subtle but big enough difference to see how it can benefit in many circumstances

Yeah i know, i have both suspension types on my bikes, the Pivot Link system (force) moves the bottom bracket more than the sanction, i would say this is due to the Pivot Link's (force's) far higher pivot point for the rear suspension. That all said i am actually surprised there is no chain guide on the sanction as well.

The 10mm is the minor diff here, the Sanction much longer, slacker and slower steering. The Force also has better pedalling platform, you can stand and mash the pedals on the Force and it drives well, where as the sanction would have more pedal bob. So the Force is more nimble and pedals better, the Sanction devours gravity trails.

Only reason I could nominate would be the Force cranks are part of the moving suspension, through chattering sections the Force chairing is moving forward and back very much.
