they're on all world cup racer's bikes. i think they're back-up timing devices. the main timing is decided by beam at finish.

I've always thought it was just a laser, I haven't seen anything the same on anyone else's bike. Cheers though

What's the red thing cable tied to the bottom right of the fork lowers? On both the 2016 and the 2017 bike
