A 32t is equivalent to a 34t in the power zone.....it's hard to explain but you can notice pushing the harder gear but then it ramps up quick to the 30t equivalent in the dead zone....it makes me able to ride harder and for longer periods before I notice any fatigue or any at all.....with my old round ring this regular trail I ride I used to do 3 laps at around 24 miles with noticeable fatigue in legs,just did this same trail the other day with extreme humidity and did 30.3 miles with not much fatigue at all in...

I use a Bionicon B-Labs 32t oval on my single speed and the performance is simply AMAZING!!!!....they are that good...no more round for me especially CHEAP RaceFace shit!
