My guess is fox as manitou and dvo would have would have the outline of an upside down fork right? Unless there's something new from them, or a shock from formula to go with their new fork.

It's most definitely a box shifter, check out how big and clunky it looks compared to a smooth sram one and how far it sits from the bars just like in this picture

I think it has to be as they're on Magura brakes so Shimano are pretty much out of the question

Not sure if anyone on here follows road tech, but Zipp have a free hub that partially disengages when you're not pedalling to reduce drag that would surely do the same thing, maybe we'll see it in SRAM hubs in the future
