Figured it out... He's running the Quarq Qollector under his saddle. https://www.quarq.com/product/quarq-qollector/#sm.00008nrivit8jdhgpre2h… Looks like a lot of riders were running it that day. The GPS looks like a Garmin Edge 820 or 1000.
