I just really need to remove that plastic cap and that might solve it. I also have almost lost the magnetic clip that holds the bite valve a few times. No major bitches though and as someone with lower back issues it really seems to help.

I have one and really like it ! The only thing I see needs improvement is the bite valve is a bit cumbersome and don't want to fumble around with it while riding. It is however a quality piece that was well thought out.
