Full Shimano SP41 housing for the rear derailleur and seatpost, with Jagwire alloy end caps; 3M linerless splicing tape for the chainstay/seatstay (find some, it's awesome), converted to semi-ghetto tubeless.
Love this bike: 27.5 is the Goldilocks-perfect balance between the two other alternatives. HA is great all around, BB height feels just right, nice long top tube and wheelbase, and guess what? It comes out of the box with a short stem! YAAAY!!!
