Get some brakes idiots. I was racing some smelly ass hipster on a fixie yesterday and came up to a busy intersection. I mashed my brakes and slowed, he almost got T-boned by two taxis because he couldn't stop. I laughed my ass off. Wasn't fixed gear with no brakes originally made to keep track racers from stopping and smashing into each other? Seems like a logical choice for racing through traffic.
